Full access is 999.00 USD for the entire year. Once they successfully purchase an item, that membership fee is applied towards the purchase, and in order to continue in the future, a new 999.00 USD membership due must be collected.
Buyers may buy streamlined membership, where they can identify one category of interest for 149.95 USD, and add each additional category for 99.95 USD

Sellers should have the opportunity to purchase "full membership as acting both as "buyer and seller" for 999.00 USD. This gives all-round access.
All commission fees come from the seller, at 5%.
Commission of Licensing Agreement
As an agent, building a formidable catalogue of innovative patents, patent pending and drafted concepts, LynxStreet exacts a commission of the licensing agreement. Licensing: $1499.00 flat rate fee for each successful licensing agreement, including the multiple offers of the same item.
May advertise on Homepage for 120.00 USD per week, or 399.00 USD for the entire month.
